These terms apply to the website only. Standalone projects linked from this site (including the Daily Dose of Val Discord bot) have their own separate terms.

By visiting or interacting with the site, you agree to:

• Use the site for personal, lawful viewing only.
• Not scrape, mass-download, or programmatically harvest content.
• Not attempt to overload, exploit, or probe the site for vulnerabilities outside good-faith security research.
• Submit only honest information through the contact form.

All site copy, design, code, photographs, and case-study writeups on adevstudio.xyz are the work of Aizen Sarmiento and may not be copied or reused without written permission, except for short fair-use quotations with attribution.

The site is provided as-is. Operator does not guarantee uptime, accuracy of any information shown, or fitness for any particular purpose. Live widgets (Discord status, view counter, project uptime checks) may break, lag, or display stale data without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site — including content errors, broken links, or downtime.

You can stop using the site at any time. Operator may block IP addresses, rate-limit endpoints, or refuse contact-form submissions if abuse is detected.
